Non-scale victory of the week!

I skipped the fast food restaurants, had no pop, but failed miserably yesterday with the sweets.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to stay away from the sweets. My biggest vice is white chocolate reeses p.b. cups. I found a bag of frozen ones in my car and thought I could stop at 1. I couldn't.

None. This week just plain sucked. I completely fell off the water bandwagon and sucked down Cherry Coke like mad.
