I just noticed I am within 4#'s of my goal weight for this month, 202#'s. I am thought to myself, I can doe this. I finished the little bottle of Mini M&M's and am going to either go for a walk or ride this evening. There is no reason for me not to reach my goal and get below 200#'s this week. I can do this! I will do this!

To reach my goal, I must stop looking back and begin looking forward.
