Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate as healthy as I could while traveling for work and then to vacation. It’s been a stressful week of a lot of travel and little sleep until I got to Cabo.

Packed more protein for traveling.

My jeans are looser.

For the past four days I’ve stayed on plan for the most part but haven’t recorded on Lose It and have snacked on carbs too late. I’m determined to reverse that today.

A full day of travel and a full day of staying on track with my food. Love it! Food prep + ice chest = success on my trips.
