Non-scale victory of the week!
Great week so far!!! I've started walking during my lunch break and walked 4 miles my first day. I plan to walk 3 times a week during my lunch breaks. And I'll keep adding new things gradually. I am excited by the improvements and how I feel. I'm not where I want to be but I am happy that I've moved from where I used to be. We got this!!!
