Non-scale victory of the week!

I tried on a couple dresses in my closet that I was wearing last summer and they are so baggy on me now, I have to give them away!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hit my macros more closely. Save enough macros for the end of the day so I can have more than just a protein shake.
