I indulged this week on sweets and the scale shows it. I didn’t have the motivation to keep on plan. I let stress get to me and emotionally ate.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Focus on my mind set and getting back into weight loss mode. I need to make my health a priority and show up for myself. I need to realize that what I eat today does matter for future me and not get caught up in the moment of what feels good. I also want to lift 4 days this week.
