Non-scale victory of the week!

I got a compliment at work saying that I look great and it looked like I lost weight. I’m glad that I’m looking better!

I’m hoping to workout more. I’ve had a cold for the past week, but I still lost about 2 pounds by watching what I eat! I know I can do better and recover from this cold.
