This is so true. I was tempted on Monday to just submit my weight. I was .8 from goal and tempted to just quit. But I changed my mind. Followed 2B like I have learned and this morning I hit my weight goal on the dot.
Now for the next 5 lbs.

  • Looking for non-egg breakfasts, made the Peanut Butter Breakfast Pie today, since so many people recommended it! First attempt used a whole block of Silken Tofu, and one cup of Fage Greek yogurt since the tofu block only measured out 2 cups. I backed off the stevia and next time I think I’m going to halve it since it still hits a little sweet for my palate. I think Ilana has bigger dates than I do, since the crust didn’t feel sticky at all until I added two more. Headphones because mixing the crust is LOUD, lol. I made both parts in my food processor (gently on the first pulse for the filling so it didn’t explode). I definitely licked the bowl.

It is with black beans and no, you dump a healthy portion of cocoa powder so they are just chocolatey goodness!

@Cindi D …those brownies are pretty good & no you don’t know you are eating black beans!! My husband tried them & liked them. If I’d of told him the ingredients ahead of time he would have never tried them!!

Wanted to share my win today! We drove 3 hrs to get a dog from a breeder... 3 hrs turned into 4+ with traffic and kiddos that needed to pee & eat. My hubby stopped at sheetz for fried foods. I brought a protein bar w/ me for breakfast, then asked him to swing around Walmart where I got 1lb of baby

Hi all. First DietBet here. Listened to the zoom call and Ilana’s main tip of tracking food. I have tried this in the past using WW app and MyFitnessPal. My problem is that it takes forever to find and log the foods. For example, for breakfast today-I had a piece of avocado toast with spinach and an egg and Greek yogurt with fruit and chia seeds and a coffee with protein powder and almond milk. It would take me forever to search for and add these individually and I get annoyed. Tips from anyone who tracks on an easier way to do this so that I keep up with it? Thanks

Agreed with others, MFP honestly doesn’t take that long. Do it AS YOU GOA THROUGH out the day vs doing it all at end ( because you’ll likely forget that bite of whatever too) and it takes me less than 5 mins to log food each time and you can save your meals. How committed are you on your goals? Don’t let excuses trip you up! Just do it!

I genuinely don't know what was different! I followed the recipe the exact same, though I did it in a half batch this time in case I didn't like them again LOL. I'm wondering if taste buds changed or the texture didn't quite blend enough last time, I don't know!

Scroll back through Ilana’s Instagram, she posted several times in the spring about it. 1/2 c egg whites and 1 tbs of corn starch (optional 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cream of tartar for extra body), best until stiff, spread on greased parchment paper, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Use as a pizza base or a roll up.
