What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I had a big weightloss of 60 pounds a few years ago and I was so happy with it that I have let myself slide. I exercise regularly but my nutrition has not been very good. I tend to eat what everyone else is eating instead of keeping my commitments to myself.
