I wasn’t hungry this morning so I just had a zero sugar monster.

For lunch, I had McAlister’s. I ordered the ham and cheese melt with a cup of chili.

For dinner, I went to Chilis with my husband and ordered a fajita skillet and snacked on some chips and salsa. I also had one beer.

I ended my day with 84 oz of water. Not my best but not too bad. I will post the caloric info in the comments. It wasn’t my best day but I am trying not to beat myself up over it because I had a great time.

I had the day off from work today which meant I slept in. When I did finally wake up this morning, I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t eat.

Later on, I had to make a trip to Walmart so for lunch I picked up a Nathan’s hotdog and I splurged and had a Dr Pepper with it.

At dinner, I honestly still wasn’t super hungry so I had a small personal stuffed crust pizza and some cottage cheese. Later on I had a string cheese.

I also has 103 oz of water today. All in all, it wasn’t a great day of eating but it still pretty much fit in my caloric budget so I don’t feel too bad about it. As usual, I’ll post caloric info in the comments.

I was running late again this morning because it was raining hard and traffic was backed up so I just grabbed some cheese sticks and beef sticks for breakfast. Not ideal but it’s better than nothing if you are in a rush.

My lunch was a little more well balanced. I made honey citrus chicken, rice, and roasted brussel sprouts for dinner last nice. So I just had the leftovers for lunch today.

For dinner, I made Philly cheesesteak wraps in a low carb tortilla. It was very good. I even have some leftover calories in case I get hungry later.

I also had 134 oz of water today. I will post pictures of my caloric count in the comments.

We all want to do this. But sometime we slip and have a cookie or pizza at a work party. Just remember it happened and your day, week, month is not done with a bad moment. Learn, enjoy and say bye to the person you used to be.

  • I was running late this morning and had only a few minutes to get out the door so I didn’t eat a real breakfast this morning. I just grabbed some beef sticks, a cheese stick, and energy drink and hit the road. I also had some coffee a little later in the morning because I was still dragging.

    At lunch, I packed two leftover brats from the night before and some cottage cheese. I was still a little hungry after this and had a cheese stick.

    For dinner, I made some boneless skinless chicken thighs in the instant pot with a honey citrus marinade. On the side I had roasted brussel sprouts, some leftover rice from a few nights ago and four pierogis. I also had a small amount of cantaloupe afterwards.

    I also drank 146 oz of water today.

    I didn’t take pictures on my food but I will post screenshots of calorie tracking in comments.
