I avoided spinning out of control with emotional eating. I had a few pieces of chocolate from my husbands bar and left the rest.

More sleep. I need to start listening to podcasts again to get my mind in check!

My clothes are fitting well and some are getting loose. I don’t normally go to Winners because nothing would fit me and the store hust overwhelmed me. I went and it wasn’t too bad. I fit into a size small-medium.
