Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been trying not to be too restrictive, if I want a piece of chocolate I have it. But I have a hard time having just a little bit. I’m trying not to beat myself up on little things and try to keep generally healthy and consistent with my workouts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten less chocolate. I had some gifted to me and it was too tempting.

I want to sleep more, try not to stress about things I can’t control and meditate more.

I ate a lot healthier this week.

I could have worked out more, I let a lot of things slide because I had a lot going on but I know I could have tried harder.
