You keep going, and your second round goal is the same regardless of winning or losing the first round. If you win the second round, you get the money for that round, even though you didn't win the first round.

I’m struggling with the food options at camp so far :( The only vegetable option is a salad bar (which I’m already getting tired of) and the main meal options are all high calorie & high carb! (I.e. yesterday breakfast was French toast with sausage, lunch was sloppy joe with French fries, and dinner was just pizza) This is the first time I’ve actually been worried about this DietBet!

Camp is 7 weeks, just started yesterday. I’m gonna try asking the staff if they have other options in the back because their vegetarian options are pasta daily or the salad bar but I know there’s a vegan counselor who gets some special stuff. Water and extra steps are a daily but my weight has gone up if anything so I’m just trying to find some momentum instead of letting it drag me down :(

First of all you've got this. Second, if you are keto this is totally workable, if you are not keto, you could always consider switching! Best part? Once in ketosis you can fast prey easily, so you can skip one of the meals without much trouble!

Well, moment of truth....I was doing great until a week ago and for whatever reason fell off track HARD! Self sabotage and sugar binging is a real thing and I am trying to figure out my triggers. No matter how strong I feel and how “on track” I am, the addiction has its way of coming back. It happens every time to me. I’m realizing I’m only human and getting back on track today. I lost my last dietbet when I was .1 away and lost two transformer rounds but here I am...ready to get back on track and hit my goals.

This is my first Transformer and it's definitely a different mentality than the Kickstarters I've done. The need to show continued progress and not just "relax" once hitting a few pounds is what I need. While the Kickstarters have been great for me over the last couple yrs when I needed a reset, I've been able to achieve them much more easily as at that level it can be a lot of water weight and just clean eating a week or so before. I'm looking forward to this Round 2 of Transformer to keep me acountable longer term.

SAME. On Monday I weighed out for a kickstarter. By Friday, I was still good for this round one, but I was up 3lbs. I started with 95lbs to loose, and that's not going to come off of I keep losing the same weight over and over again!

I really like how the goal is to maintain between month 5 and 6. That is the hardest part. This helped me a lot with that yo-yo-ing diet!

Im holding onto some water from post kickstarter celebrating (I won!) But I think I made it by 0.4lbs! Even though tomorrow should be a little better, I'll breathe easier once my photos are accepted!!

I didn’t make my goal weight but was close (1 lb to go). I’m quite happy. It’s been tougher to shed pounds now that I’m much lighter and I have also gained some muscle weight. All good things. I’m hoping to catch up and maybe start winning again in round #3.
