Thought I was doing better getting my steps and on the way to eating better. The scale thought differently. Might be a gain this week but I’ll keep trying. :(

That's the key Phayt, never give up! Weight loss is usually not linear. There can be unexpected gains and plateau's along the way. Stay the course and things will happen! You've got this!

I just realized when logging my lunch into the LoseIt! app, that I have lost 13 pounds overall since September of 2021! It has gone up a couple of times, but the downward trend is great and I am very pleased!

  • Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend and are ready to start week 2 strong! Looking back on last week, what were your strengths, and what did you struggle with? Take a moment to think over what did and didn't work for you and make any necessary changes this week! 

    I'm posting weekly mini-challenges for entries into a drawing at the end of the game for a $5 gift card to Amazon, Starbucks, Target or $5 Points! You can earn up to two entries per week.
