  • I kinda fell off the wagon for a few days. Hopefully didn't damage my progress too much. I did a total reset today. No cheat snacks and I worked hard in the gym!

  • I went to a farm market over the weekend and bought a ton of fresh produce. This cucumber and tomato salad is delicious! I just added some olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley 😋

Hi everyone!! I'm so excited to be here. I recently wrapped up another bet and I didn't quite meet my goal, but I feel confident that I can get it this time.
I try to get lots of steps, do cardio and weightlifting at my local YMCA a few days a week, track my calorie intake, and drink a ton of water. What are your strategies for meeting your health goals?
