Non-scale victory of the week!

Thanks to meal prepping a few meals this week, I was able to spend more time wit my family in the evenings.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Plan family member’s schedules better and find a way for me to not eat takeout on the nights my kids have activities.

Gave up sodas and sweet tea. Still struggling to drink enough water daily though. Packed lunches almost every day at work.
