Non-scale victory of the week!
both ends of spectrum this week - had family in to entertain and was up a few pounds on the weekend and I started to worry I wasn’t going to make weight. however I hit the peloton , played volleyball and I’m back on track. only a pound away from goal!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have to avoid social eating and drinking - need to ignore it and stay in my plan.
