Non-scale victory of the week!

Keeping motivated without my FitBit (left my stupid charging cord in a hotel!)

I don't think there's much more I could have done. Really buckled down for the final push.

Cutting out post dinner snacks

Walked more during the work day. Too much desk time.

Starting every morning with an interval workout and running at least 3mi at least 3x. I need to stay the course on track for final weigh in and keep the habits even going into a business trip.
