Rachel, that’s true that we don’t have it in our points until the end, but once the rounds are finalized, you can view how much we made for the round!

Hi Cheryl! As Jessica said, the only required weigh-in is Round 5 (and, of course, the final Round 6 weigh-in to win the game) to ensure no unhealthy sprints to the finish.

Hi Diana! Typically typos with your typed weight will be caught and updated by the referees. You may email them at just to be sure, but it likely won't be necessary!

I just met my goal weight for this first round! I’m so happy. Now I need to stay consistent. I’m thinking of starting another game simultaneously. Has anyone else here done multiple games at the same time? :)

I'm in another transformer, and a third one just ended. I will probably join another in a few weeks. Having weigh ins throughout the month keeps me consistent. I'm also currently in 3 kickstarters but I will need to take a break from them when they end. the 4% is just not sustainable more than 1 or 2 months in a row.

  • Do you agree with this weight loss tip?

    Don’t exercise when you start a diet.

    The idea is twofold:

    1. Cutting calories can cause fatigue and you may be too tired to workout. Which can also lead to giving up altogether.

    2. At the beginning of your weight loss plan, you should focus on your diet because it matters more. Putting all your energy into healthy eating, you set yourself up for quicker results and staying motivated longer.

    What do you think?

    I can definitely see a point here. Focusing your energy on healthy eating while doing a smaller increase in your general activity rather than hard-core workouts does seem like a great way to start.

The logic for both points is good but just a 20 min walk a few times a week is so good and will not cause fatigue.
