Getting back into a work out routine after traveling. Logging food again after months off.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Really active weekend with lots of moving, organizing, walking the dogs, impromptu work out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Good choices with food. I didn’t binge but I did have a couple slices of pizza and a margarita another day. My hip and back pain prevented me from going harder in workouts at the gym.
