Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a meal prep of Goulash and we really enjoyed it. I’ve consistently made choices to have the lower calorie versions of foods or specifically eaten much smaller portions of what i really want.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Logging consistently is the ONLY way. I have a lot of info committed to memory, but that’s not good enough- I need to log everything.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite my in laws visiting (eating out all meals, sweet treats daily, etc), I continued logging what I ate. It was after the fact and was usually 800+ calories over, but I still lost weight this week so I’m happy!

Extreme sunburn on my legs, so no exercising. Just eating at my deficit and drinking 64oz of water a day!
