Non-scale victory of the week!
I did a meal prep of Goulash and we really enjoyed it. I’ve consistently made choices to have the lower calorie versions of foods or specifically eaten much smaller portions of what i really want.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Logging consistently is the ONLY way. I have a lot of info committed to memory, but that’s not good enough- I need to log everything.
