Really focused on portions (usually I just eat a LOT of healthier foods or try to exercise off the calories)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Being out is tough. Figuring out low cal restaurant or golf course options (I was down to 139.5 on Saturday) also my cheat day was a little excessive lol
