Non-scale victory of the week!

Checking in after year and only a few pounds up which feels good. Time to takeoff the next 10% and get healthy for my 64th birthday and my daughter’s wedding.

after two weeks of whole 30 I had way too many nibbles looks and tastes of leftover Halloween candy, pumpkin pie, and alcohol. I squeaked by the goal for the month, but I need to get back to basics for December. I also need to get back to exercising.

Week two of modified whole 30. Followed plan well for 6 1/2 days. One evening of carbs and dessert but overall pleased with the success on the restrictive diet

Exercise this week was Wolfle. Busy with lots of activity but zero trips to the gym

A three day ladies retreat and to trunk or treats and goblins and ghosts galore but I still lost weight. I was thrilled to have bowls of candy everywhere and make it through Halloween without a nibble, lick, or taste

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It was a super busy week so lots of movement and some short walks but did not get to the gym. Hope to change that next week.

I started whole 30 to get rid of some bloating and cravings. I am a big yogurt, cottage cheese, protein bar with soy protein gal and it is a huge change so I am hoping I can stick with it.

It was awesome to get out and cycle with hubby on a cool fall morning.M y watch said my exercise was an all-time high with an average of 535 cal burned daily.

A good week but I did not journal every day

The third officisl weigh-in is coming up so I am motivated to stay strong. My goal is to consistently push through Temptations until they pass rather than giving into Halloween candy, late night nibbles or that enticing glass of wine

I got two compliments this week that people could tell I lost weight and I put a pair of shorts on that I’ve never worn and zipped them up and actually wore them out in public!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

more variety of diet. I know the boring foods I can lose weight on but I also need to be able to eat more regular food.

I survived a hurricane and did not stress heat. That is a huge win

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could not get to the weight room for a few days due to the hurricane but I move furniture and kept moving
