What do you feel you could have done better this week?
after two weeks of whole 30 I had way too many nibbles looks and tastes of leftover Halloween candy, pumpkin pie, and alcohol. I squeaked by the goal for the month, but I need to get back to basics for December. I also need to get back to exercising.
