Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prepping, fitting into an old flannel shirt I never thought I’d be able to wear again, significant other “seeing” progress

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More circuit training - I rent to stick to cardio and I know I need to implement other styles into my plan to keep the progress going and not get stuck in a plateau
