Ok all-I need some help. I’m following the portion fix/Gut protocol (mixing due to food allergies) and 90% of the time hitting my container count. I’m not eating sugar or alcohol either. I am drinking all my water as well. I’m working out daily currently did DD week 1 and now doing healthy obsession. The scale dropped significantly the first week but now I keep going up and down, can’t get it to budge at all. Any help, advice would be greatly appreciated. I haven’t done the walking program due to time constraints and seriously crappy weather in the PNW. Please help! Really wanting to be successful this month! Thank you!
