I don’t even want to do a final weigh in if I’m being honest. I’ve basically gained back all the weight I managed to work hard to lose during this challenge. I am feeling really, really disappointed in myself because I know exactly the choices I made that lead me to this so I am the only one to blame. But I don’t even want to see that I made little to no progress after seeing how I didn’t have much more to go to meet the goal. Just needed to get this off my chest because I’m honestly feeling so upset with myself right now I could cry 😔

  • I’m really excited about this diet bet and ready to start working on my weight loss goals and my emotional eating habits with you all! I’ve been following 2B since last July lost 30 pounds the first 5 months then just found myself stuck losing 5 gaining 5. I have 50 pounds to go and I’m ready to get this show on the road started my day with a breakfast that helped me lose the first 30 pounds had 30 ounces of water first got my tracker by my side I got all the tools and I’m ready to utilize it!
