nip piggy day by drinking LOTS of Water, or sipping hot tea or soup broth (hot seems to make me feel full). The challenge is, I'm not usually pigging out for hunger purposes. Chew Gum, can't pig out while chewing gum. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
