So my dog dragged me down and I broke my ankle today. I was already having difficulty taking weight off. Any secrets? Magic remedies? I'm so disheartened.

If you are exercising less or not at all, be sure to cut calories. If you wear a Fitbit device and log your food you can make sure you have enough of a calorie deficit to continue losing.

I’ve had 6 surgeries on my ankle/foot so I know how restrictive it can be. Try some of the chair yoga workouts, or search YouTube for workout
S with an ankle injury.

Just don’t give up and let this set you back. Like many others have said it’s mostly about diet! Good luck.
