  • Dinner last night! Air fryer chicken, mushrooms, Brussel sprouts with a beet, goat cheese and nuts salad! Ate all veggies but only half chicken. Also all the 💦 💦💦 water!!!

  • My go to afternoon snack (I always want something sweet!):
    Serving of protein powder and add a little water to make it thick. Heat it up. Add some peanut butter and a few chocolate chips and it tastes like brownie batter!!

    Breakfast time for me: egg whites, blue cheese crumbles with extra credit veggies added in (jalapeño) to give it some kick! FFCs are my yummy berries!

  • That was a lot of fun! I switched to this a while back because I hit my elbow. I was doing the MM100 and had to stop at day96. Such a bummer. Jumping back in tomorrow. Crush it today everyone!!
