What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I tend to end up giving up due to depression. I use being too tired after work too often as an excuse not to workout and I procrastinate meal prepping so end up buying takeout more often than I would like. It also may sound weird but I have always had a fear of changing the way my body looks. I have been bullied most of my life and now have a fear of the unknown for how I will look and feel when I am healthier and more fit. I can picture what I could look like and I love the idea but making it into a reality feels unattainable at times.
