Non-scale victory of the week!

Met water intake goal all week. Have been sick for over 2weeks and I haven’t gained weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m still recovering from the flu. Some days I have energy, other days it’s a battle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been stuck in bed with the flu for over a week. Finally started feeling better Saturday, but still not 100%. Hoping to start back to my routine tomorrow.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Meal planning. Especially when working extra shifts. So many treats I sometimes cave in and have something.
