Non-scale victory of the week!

The past 2 weeks did not go well diet wise, but I took an amazing indulgent vacation with my best friend, and it was totally worth it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

nothing. I have no regrets! I lost it before and I’ll lose it again!

exercise every day. drank a gallon of water 5/7 days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Thanksgiving weekend had a lot of alcohol, cheese and salty foods. There were not any healthy veggies to choose from. I should have brought a veggie tray or salad.

I went out of town for a long weekend mini vacation and still had a weightloss week!
