LOL! I have to say, hearing someone say "Holy crap! Look at the weight you've lost!" is a great motivator for me. I don't know if anyone would ever call me hot (except maybe my hubby), though.

I'm SO glad you joined us in this! I've been walking a lot, too. I use an app on my iPhone and was shocked at what a good calorie burner a good walk is! It's especially nice when you can get out with a girlfriend or something and walk. :)

Great job Heather!!!! I"m so proud of you. You are eating healthy and exercising so this is the BEST way to do this. Cheating by just Not eating only works for the short term.... ask me, i know. LOL> I used to stop eating (for the most part) and could lose fast but pack it back on just as fast. Keep it up. :) Love ya
