Hey, read your comment for Trisha on the update area. That's awesome that you've been able to become healthier! I personally am a social and emotional eater, and can fluctuate to overweight (really bad BMI) easy. I found that instead of obsessing over how I look, its better to think of it in terms of gaining health rather than losing weight. Figuring out how much you can eat (fruits, veggies, explore new cuisines from around the world) rather than what you can't eat. The best part is, your taste buds adapt in a few weeks so you'll like the healthier stuff more and dislike the unhealthy! And exercise (yuck!) is the same, once you get in a habit, the chemicals it releases in your brain make you want to stay fit. I need to get back on track after I hurt my back, that's why I'm here. Anyways, just wanted to send you a "cheer" and hope we both win! <3

I'm the same way with being a social and emotional eater..and i do find that it's eaiser to think of gaining health instead of losing weight..i lose weight so i can be healthier and be the best i can be.. i don't do it for "beauty" or to be stick thin..i doubt i will ever be a size 00 nor do i want to be lol i just want to be healthy. I hope that your back is better and good luck with getting back on track! :)
