What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Diet again. With it being Thanksgiving , I ended up binging over the weekend and again yesterday. I hate that feeling engorged makes me so satisfied. I’ll do so much better this month!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I REALLY didn’t want to cook last night and was 85% ready to go to a restaurant but ended up holding firm and air frying a chicken patty for a sandwich instead

Moving. I noticed my weightloss really stalls when I don’t walk in comparison to when I do!
