Non-scale victory of the week!

I listened to my body when it needed to rest.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I ate a lot of things that I know are getting in the way of progress, so I could have focused more on that. I also could have done better with my water.

I just need to get completely on track. I started with good intentions and then didn't follow through on any of those intentions.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was traveling for work and working 15 hour days but I still managed to eat relatively healthy and sleep about 7 hours per night. I don't always make that happen.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I just need to commit to getting to my workout early enough that I can do an hour instead of a half hour.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My first goal this week is really getting my eating under control; I am using MyFitnessPal again and working really hard just to track everything. I would also like to exercise every day and increase my burn; I've been having a hard time getting above 165 calories in an hour so I know I need to workout harder. I also want to try to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night this week.
