I listened to my body when it needed to rest.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Well, I ate a lot of things that I know are getting in the way of progress, so I could have focused more on that. I also could have done better with my water.

I just need to get completely on track. I started with good intentions and then didn't follow through on any of those intentions.
