Non-scale victory of the week!

Successful fasting = LOADS of energy! Cleaned and reorganized my room (that has been NEEDED for a long time), spent a lot of time with my adult kids, started a bullet journal, feeling so great.

Taken more time for self care. (And figure out WTF that means for ME!)

Keto for the next week, at least. Maybe a full 30-60 days if that works without making me mental. It's not a long term thing for me, but it does seem to help me 'reset' and get away from sugar cravings and stop obsessing about food!

Continue to workout more. Focusing on planks, getting my first full pull-up in (I'm SO CLOSE!!!) and sticking to my intermittent fasting times, under my calorie count and hitting my protein each day! I put this shirt on today expecting it to still be way too small and it fits!!! :)
