I need to drop about 30-40 lbs for optimal health. I have foot problems and losing weight would be the best for that (I’ve done 2 rounds of Orthotripsy, and it’s helped, but I think losing weight is the key to further progress.)

I wanted to eat emotionally but didn’t. I will not let sadness destroy my progress .
