I have stuck with no sugar aka keto like a boss with some i.f. thrown in. weight loss is slowing a bit but I'm still making headway.

hit my pool for exercise more. my knee limits my exercise but I can do that.

I stuck With my Low Carb Plan. W ent to Whataburger Bacon Avocado Burgertrashed the bread And had aside salkd aht threw awall the fries.

ate more regular.. it was a busy week with a lot of missed meals
