Want to start doing triathlons again as I stopped when Covid hit and become a couch potato and now am the shape of a potato. I want to do a sprint tri in May, an Olympic distance in August and a 1/2 IM in October. Need to lose some serious weight !

Non-scale victory of the week!

was a bit lax this week. craved red wine with dinner and caved having half a glass.

not had half a glass of wine with dinners.

having last 3 dinners without beer or wine, just water, and not missing it too much.

I am off to a better start than I thought I would so very happy thus far.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I am older and slower. It took almost 3 years to put on and I am hoping I can take it off in a year or less.
