  • My spouse and I moved to our first home right before the pandemic. We have been on occasional walks, but this was my first solo outing and I went in a new direction. Weather was perfect and it felt good just to be outside! Need to up my game, though. Baby steps!

I have officially lost 50lbs since the end of May. 5lbs until I am in Onederland and 3lbs until I make goal for this bet! My excersize may have dropped off a bit with school starting for my kids again, but my eating has been on point the entire time and I intend for it to stay that way!
