  • I spoke with someone in the group who is down a pound since starting and was feeling a little bummed that she’s not further along in her weight loss progress.

    She knows she’s been indulging too much, especially, on the weekends, but still feels annoyed. I explained to her that whether she hits the 4% goal or not, she’s for sure at a lower weight than she would of been had she not signed up for this. That is always the case.

    Plus, it’s not too late to lose another 1-3/4 pounds before weigh out time. So what’s the plan to make that happen??

18 days to go. Already lost 7lbs. Less than 3 lbs to go. This is the 2nd bet I've done. Lost 40 lbs in 6 wks. I still feel as big as ever. But I need to be proud.

  • Post workout eats! 🍅????????????????????

    This massive veggie scramble made from three eggs and leftover veggies. Also a sweet potato that was a random addition to my Imperfect Foods box. It was huge and a cut it up in small fries and put it in my air fryer and it's been my FFC for breakfast and lunch that last few days. I am feeling so full and so satisfied and I am definitely drinking a gallon of water today because it is STEAMY in NYC! 😓🔥

  • I want you to feel so good and proud of yourselves for being here today. Pledging to this goal is so important. We need to be in peek physical shape to protect and optimize our physical and mental health and wellbeing.
    Just know that this dietbet is a win win!

  • It's finally game day!!! I'm so excited to get this game going!!! I forgot to include one of my favorite fun tips for staying motivated in my book, so I am going to share it with you now here!!

    Make yourself a catch phrase that keeps you focused on your goal. Start by thinking about your dietbet goal weight (what you will weigh when you lose 4%). Now add RT to the beginning of it, which stands for "Route To."

    For example, if your goal weight is 172, you would say "RT-172".. it's like a secret code that keeps you on track and helps fend off cravings. For example, I'm on RT-172 so I bought a water on the beach instead of the ice cream. It's also a playful code your friend or spouse can remind you of when in public or that you can set as the background of your phone.
    What's your RT?? So excited to help you crush it this month!
