my shape has visibly changed! I’ve been able to not overeat even when I’ve been incredibly hungry

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been eating really well this week and sticking to my calories. the only days I ate more were the days I exercised more!

a little more light exercise throughout the week would be good, maybe some strength training

Non-scale victory of the week!

Am attempting to begin fasting on Friday’s. I started in slowly this week, I had about 500calories of juice throughout the day and burnt 600calories on a walk. Am hoping to eventually ween off the juice and fast for the full day Friday.

Resisted some bad foods more.
