Non-scale victory of the week!
I made a goal to drink more water, and I did it. I've been doing really well.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I feel like this week went pretty well. I exercised 6 out of 7 days and met my water goal. I still might be making my portions too big. I'm eating healthy, maybe just too much of it. I'm feeling pretty sad. I just got done with a game and on Sunday I had met my weight goal, but by weigh in I was over my weight and I'm not sure what I did wrong.
