totally screwed up the last MONTH! ATE WHAT I WANTED WHEN I WANTED. TOTAL STRESS BINGE EATING MONTH.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

stress relief! stop giving into temptation. have backups ready and apple is better than apple pie. a s/f popsicle is better than ice cream drumsticks, etc

Non-scale victory of the week!

instead of going without food for long time, eat 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese with some blueberries. fills me up, no more thinking or craving food.
