Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted ALL tempting food, got in my 5 fruit/veggie servings a day and drank no soda or alcohol!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to get more sleep. I did get to bed earlier, but it needs to be more than a half an hour earlier every night.

Do it all over again! Eat really well, get my exercise in and stay away from the sweets, carbs, junk and alcohol.
