First yoga class in 6 years! Also started hiking again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week actually went pretty great, but I was really tired and sore after that yoga class. Maybe an easier one next time:)

Increase water intake, try to not go over my calorie goal, even by a few calories.
