Work had a cake on the break room table for 2 days and I did not even care to partake

Reached 10000 step goal last 3 days, it all can do until Dr. signs off but it’s a start. More energy all ready

Due to surgery I was not able to exercise to date, so my weight loss has been with diet. I have hit a plateau which is aggravating but I am still motivated to push on to my goals. This week I plan to get moving somehow and drink more water.

Portion control was improved and snacking choices were great.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would of preferred to exercise more but I had surgery in mid December so I am limited. I did eat out more than usual but made good choices, but ate a few to many bites of desserts.
