9 pounds to lose in 14 days! I've been much more active lately and am hoping to make goal.

Either way I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it. Usually I quit the game because I feel like I failed. This time, however, I have decided to pay the winners and change my perception of failure.

Right there with you. I swear after I hit 40 it is so much harder to get any weight off. I'm being patient with my body and putting the work in. Carb cycling seemed to do the trick to give my metabolism a boost.

I just went below my Round 1 goal this weekend - finally! I've had rough start, but am making progress. Not going to quit :) I started carb cycling this past week, and it has seemed to do the trick.

  • So I sabotaged myself this week,,, Ate good during the day and at night let myself give into cravings.. I gained a couple pounds but today back down to my starting weight... so I am not going to sabotage myself for the next three weeks. Here is my Affirmation: I am going to stick to my effort Goals:Drink all my waters and prep my veggies so I can eat healthy during the day and night...I can do this.....

Night time is the worst for me too! The weather is getting cooler here so I’ve been making myself a cup of hot tea to sip on instead of reaching for a snack.
