Staying under 2400 on any given day.

Continuing my lower calorie intake. I am really struggling with sugar addiction. I could probably eat an entire box of cookies.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Self control. I decided not to eat after a certain time and I stuck to it. I'm kinda proud of myself. I am almost back at my heaviest and something that little really counts for something.
